It’s being called the new Charleston.

Every January, The New York Times publishes a list of the hottest places to travel that year. Typically it’s full of far-flung international destinations, and the 52 Places to Go in 2017 list was no different, with places like Stockholm, Sweden and Osaka, Japan making the list. But we here at Country Living were excited to see that they also included the small town of Greenville, South Carolina—even going as far as to call it the next Charleston.
While you may never have heard of this town in the northwest corner of the state, add a bunch of hot new restaurant openings—from Sean Brock’s Husk to a new Wolfgang Puck spot—to a gorgeous setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains and you’ve got yourself a must-visit destination that should definitely be on your bucket list this year. A girlfriend getaway is in order, perhaps?
Here are a few photos to convince you how beautiful Greenville, South Carolina actually is. see more here: http://bit.ly/2mgbxLN
